Respected members of
the staff and dear students,
Please allow me to take the
privilege of welcoming you again to our college, “Our Karma Bhoomi”
for resuming our work and taking a bold plunge into the academics of
the year 2010-2011. I am sure that all of you have had a
revitalizing vacation.
In a special way, I welcome the newcomers to the portals
of higher education. Please start pursuing your studies with a fresh
resolve and an intense desire for knowledge and trust in the
strengths and resources of Christ College for helping you realise
your aspirations for the future.
The year that passed was exciting for reasons more than
one. It was the year of the “Re-accreditation” of our college. All
of us worked together in unison with one mind and heart even as the
occasion presented us with an opportunity for our institutional self
awareness in terms of its strengths, weaknesses opportunities and
threats. They are, no doubt, beacons for us on our onward journey
towards greater excellence. Most of the results of the last year’s
university exams are known. They range from very good to excellent.

well as the students to climb greater heights on the quality ladder.
