All the students of Christ College are insured by the ICICI Lombard Insurance. Students can claim, as coverage, upto Rs. 25,000/- for any kind of hospitalization and Rs. one lakh for Death or Disability.

All the claims have to be informed to the coordinator with in 48 hours of the event.

Claims have to be forwarded from the college to the ICICI Lombard Insurance within 7 working days.

Documents to be submitted:

• Duly completed claim form ( Claim form available from the coordinator)
• Doctor’s report
• Policy report, wherever necessary
• Death certificate, wherever necessary/applicable
• Medical bills, wherever applicable
• Investigation reports like laboratory test, x-rays and reports essential of confirmation of the injury
• Post mortem report if applicable
• Leave records from the college
